OUR TEAM

  • Becca

    FOUNDER & PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Becca fell in love with Pilates over 16 years ago in San Diego, California and became an instructor in 2014. Her classes are creative, supportive and grounded in mindful movement. Expect a mix of strength, control and variety, with props used in fun and purposeful ways.

Her philosophy is simple: classes should feel challenging enough that you feel sore the next day, but easy enough that you’ll want to come back 💜

For Becca, do pilates is about more than a good workout. It’s about creating a welcoming local space where people can move, feel good and be part of the community.

Becca has taught in various studios across Melbourne since 2014 and locally in Kensington since 2018. She holds a Cert IV in Pilates (Reformer & Matwork), Cert IV in Fitness, and Cert IV in Allied Health.

  • Aiste

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Meet Aiste, group fitness instructor, who got interested in movement early in life while dancing ballroom dancing and later studied Bachelor of Choreography. Teaching different types of classes for the last 19 years and Pilates for 13 years now.  She loves her job, loves movement and how that can change a person’s posture, health and life.

  • Meesan

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Meesan has a love of learning. Her interest in Pilates began when her partner said that Pilates helped him to develop a strong core. In 2016, she then enrolled in Peak Pilates comprehensive certification for fun, as well as to help her partner. Who would have thought that she herself would enjoy the mind-body connection that Pilates brings?

She decided to do another Pilates certification with Elixr to have a deeper understanding of the body and exercises before teaching reformer group classes in 2022. Her teaching style is athletic where she integrates Pilates and Strength training principles with a focus on form and control. She hopes that you will feel stronger and have a better body awareness after her classes.

  • Siobhan

Siobhan has been teaching Pilates for over seven years. She is also a contemporary dancer and choreographer and brings her love of flow to her Pilates classes. Her classes focus on building balance, control, coordination and body awareness and she aims to foster a fun yet focused environment.

When she isn't teaching or performing, Siobhan loves reading, running, climbing, surfing and music. You can find her at local gigs, shows and riding her bike between everything! She is a North Melbourne local and is so excited to be teaching at do pilates.

  • Tahlia

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Tahlia is a passionate mover and movement educator. She first discovered Pilates as a teenager and then frequently turned to the method to support her dance studies. She decided to become an instructor so as to help people discover the benefits of a deep mind-body connection.

As an instructor Tahlia creates a warm, fun, and engaging learning environment. Her classes focus on form, function, and understanding the ‘why’ behind each move. She hopes you finish your Pilates practice feeling rejuvenated in both mind and body!
